Request deletion of cloud data.

How to submit a request

1. Open Puzzle Galaxy on the device containing the relevant save.
2. Open Settings → Production → Cloud & Privacy.
3. Copy or carefully record the Anonymous Player ID.
4. Email daidonald33@gmail.com with the subject Puzzle Galaxy Data Deletion Request.
5. Include the Player ID and state whether you want cloud-data deletion or a privacy-access response.

Never include a password, full card number, Android Advertising ID or Google Play purchase token. We may ask for limited additional information only when reasonably needed to locate or verify the record.

What will be deleted

After a valid request is verified, we will delete or anonymize data associated with the Player ID that is no longer required, which may include:

• Anonymous Firebase account identifier.
• Cloud save, progression, inventory, missions, mastery and pass state.
• Leaderboard entry associated with the identifier.
• Server-side commerce entitlements associated with the anonymous account.

Records necessary for fraud prevention, transaction disputes, accounting or legal compliance—such as hashed purchase-token evidence—may be retained for the minimum reasonably necessary period. A deletion request does not itself issue a Google Play refund. Purchase and refund requests are managed separately through Google Play.

Delete data stored on your device

You can remove local game data without contacting us:

1. Open Android Settings → Apps → Puzzle Galaxy → Storage.
2. Select Clear storage/Clear data, or uninstall Puzzle Galaxy.

This removes local progress from that device. It does not automatically delete an existing cloud save; use the email procedure above for cloud deletion.

Processing and confirmation

We normally complete verified requests within 30 days and will respond to the email used for the request. Complex or legally restricted requests may require additional time; if so, we will explain why when permitted.
